Prestige Builders & Marketing commenced its journey in 1982, founded by Muhammad Riaz Sethi. Through unwavering dedication, extensive experience, and a commitment to excellence,
he established a strong reputation not only in the private sector but also at the governmental level. His expertise enabled the company to excel in the construction industry, successfully delivering both residential and commercial projects of notable quality.
Carrying forward this legacy, his son, Asim Sethi, joined the organization in 2006. With a forward-thinking approach, he introduced modern innovations and strategic business expansion initiatives, further strengthening the company’s position in the market while upholding the core values established by his father.
Prestige Builders & Marketing has successfully delivered a diverse portfolio of landmark projects. These include United Center (Main Murree Road, Rawalpindi), National Business Center (Murree Road, Rawalpindi), Asim Center (Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi), Al-Falah Plaza (Commercial Market, Rawalpindi), White Palace (Main Expressway, Rawalpindi),Zahoor Plaza (Kurri Road, Chak Shahzad).
In addition to commercial developments, the company has demonstrated exceptional capability in residential construction. Notable contributions include projects in Top City, G-10/3, Ideal Homes, Gulzar-e-Quaid, Bahria Town, DHA and Gulberg Greens. Here, the company has delivered 10 marla, 12 marla, and 1 kanal residential houses, as well as 5 kanal and 10 kanal farmhouses, all characterized by modern architectural design and high construction standards.
